About

I’m Jhanelle Golding. Welcome to Easy Vegan Cookies! I’ve been a vegan baker and recipe developer for over 5 years. I share tried and tested cookie recipes that are eggless and dairy-free, along with helpful baking tips and how-to’s so you can make the perfect cookie every time!

I help people become more confident bakers by providing recipes, tips and techniques for creating delicious and satisfying vegan desserts that rival traditional ones.

I’ll share specific baking ingredients and substitutes that have worked for me and how to avoid common mistakes in vegan baking.

I’ve spent countless hours testing and learning how to modify traditional, scratch-made recipes to make them vegan-friendly. I have owned and operated a vegan baking business for 4 years, featured here in the Jamaica Gleaner, and have been running the vegan recipe site, From The Comfort Of My Bowl, since 2019.

I also have a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and Nutrition, including 2 years of Culinary Training.

Whether you love to get creative in the kitchen or looking for a perfect treat to share with family and friends, you’ve come to the right place.

I found it online called Homemade Jingke Cookies.no leavening agent is needed in the recipe.i could send the recipe to you if you are not able to find it. I admire your accomplishments very much.
We moved away from Chicago to Arizona and there are no Salerno Jingles cookies out here anywhere! So I make them myself. I am looking forward to 2025 being my new cookie recipe year!
